Create your family, invite everyone
Set up your family and send the others a link or QR code. Kids don't need an account, they get a profile.
Type whatever comes to mind
One field for everything. Beeside recognizes what's a date and what belongs on the shopping list, and shows you before you save.
One look shows what's on today
The start page collects what matters today: due to-dos, what's for dinner, open groceries, the next appointments. At most three things per card, the rest can wait.
A look inside
Tap a card and the iPhone shows that part of the app.

For the kids
Chores are more fun when you can see what you've done.
- Chores for each kid, daily, on certain weekdays or once, with suggestions by age.
- Stars, allowance or both, with a balance and payouts.
- Rewards to redeem: ice cream, gaming time, a trip, the movies.
- Check off in Kids mode on a parent's phone (back only with a PIN), on their own device or on the family tablet in the hallway. Pairing works with a QR code, no account for the kid.
Private stays private
A family shares a lot, but not everything.
End-to-end encrypted Vault
Wi-Fi passwords, codes and accounts are encrypted on your devices. Our server only ever sees scrambled text. A new device joins only after you confirm it.
Private entries
To-dos, events, lists and birthdays can be marked private. Then only the person who created them can see them.
Your data is yours
Export all your data as a file in the settings and delete your account yourself at any time, even without a subscription.

FAQ
Does every family member need a subscription?
No. One subscription covers the whole family. Everyone you invite is unlocked too, on iPhone or Android.
Do kids need a phone?
No. Kids check off their chores in Kids mode on a parent's phone or on the family tablet. If a kid has their own device, pair it with a QR code, no account and no email address needed.
Does it work with a mix of Android and iPhone?
Yes. Beeside runs on iPhone, Android and in the browser, and everyone sees the same lists.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Your data lives on your device. Keep adding and checking things off without a connection, Beeside syncs everything once you're back online.
What happens after the free trial?
We remind you two days before it ends. If you don't cancel, the yearly subscription starts on day 14. Without a subscription the app stays locked, your data is kept, and you can export it at any time.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export all your data as a file in the settings. You can delete your account there too.
When can I get Beeside?
We're working on the first version for the App Store and Google Play. People on the waitlist hear first, with exactly one email.
